Make Parenting a Pleasure
Ongoing Parent Education Classes in Allentown and Bethlehem
-The Parenting Education Classes aim to prevent child abuse by teaching positive parenting skills necessary to achieve a healthy family unit.
-Topics included in each weekly session include stages in child development, communication, and effective discipline.

IN ALLENTOWN
-This revolving nine-class series is offered every Lunes (Espanol)) and Thursday from 7:00-8:30PM.
-At the completion of all nine sessions a certificate will be issued. Certificates are recognized by area courts and children and youth agencies.

-Classes are free of charge.
-Classes are held in English and Spanish.

-Classes are held at the 6th Street Shelter, 219 North Sixth Street, Allentown, PA.

-This revolving nine-class series is offered every Thursday from 7-8:30pm.

-The cost is $72.00 for all nine sessions, possible waivers may apply, please call for information..
-Classes are taught in English.
-The classes are held at Project Child, 531 Main Street, Bethlehem, PA, and is on a LANTA bus route. Call or contact, LANTA for more information about buses.

  • - Our Support Group is there for you along with other parents who understand and can relate to how you are feeling.  
    - Our Support Group

  •       *  is led by a community facilitator.
  •       *  is free, no registration needed.
  •       *  has free child care during the meetings.

  •          The Parent Support Group is held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30pm at Church of the Nativity, 321 Wyandotte St. Bethlehem 18015.
